In Greece Mega Channel just launched the primetime telenovela Ugly Maria the local adaptation of the Betty La Fea format. On Monday, January 1 from 21.10 to 21.55 the first episode won its timeslot with a 36.2% share in 4+, according to Agb data. On January 2 the second episode also won its timeslot wit a 30.1% share against the local adaptation of the Deal or no Deal format on Antenna 1.

thought I'd just drop you a line, just in case you didn't have the information already.
The ARD had two entertainment hits last week with shows created by First Entertainment.
First of all Nature's Best Inventions on Thursday October 12th at 20:15 won its time-slot with 4,82 million viewers and a market share of 15,4% and 10% with the 14-49 ers. It faced very stiff competition. (First Entertainment in co-operation with SWR). The science-based entertainment show has been optioned by Endemol France (Distribution: First Entertainment)
Secondly, on Saturday 14th October the 6th edition of The Pisa Show at 20:15, with host Jörg Pilawa performed very well, with 5, 3 million viewers and 18,4% market share. This time 10 teams from Germany's neighbouring countries: Belgium, Holland, France, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic took part in the highly successful test-tv format. (Production: First Entertainment in co-operation with WDR; Distribution Eyeworks).
